As the Founder of D. Anderson & Associates LLC, Derrik blends vision, values, strategy, and systems-thinking to help organizations unlock growth and drive meaningful change. With over twenty-five years of leadership experience, Derrik has guided nonprofits, government agencies, educational institutions, corporations, and community-based organizations through complex challenges, curating brave spaces where leaders feel seen, heard, valued, respected, and equipped to act with courage with a measure of psychological safety. As a Certified Professional Mastermind Facilitator and Certified Professional Coach, Derrik is known for cultivating settings where innovation, shared expectations, accountability, and equity converge.
