Mastermind Cohort Description

The Mastermind Cohort is a dynamic peer-learning experience designed for executive, senior, and mid-level leaders who want to grow, connect, and lead with impact. 

​

 A small, facilitated peer learning experience where leaders think critically, tackle real challenges, and turn insight into action through structured dialogue and shared accountability.

​

Customized and Intimate Experience:

Virtual Cohort 

​

  • Leaders living outside Charlotte, North Carolina can participate in our virtual cohort experience via Zoom. 

​

In-person Cohort

​

  • The in-person cohort program is intended for leaders who live in the Charlotte, North Carolina region.   

​

3-Month Cohort 

​

The small group size (6–8 participants) ensures each attendee can address their specific concerns and receive personalized support.

​

Program Structure

​

  • Orientation: 2 hours         

  • Session One: 3 hours        

  • Session Two: 3 hours     

  • Session Three: 3hours 

  • Closing session: 3 hours

  • Scheduled check-in: Monthly/30-minutes
